When you call Knight, you reach a real engineer. Most likely Lucas, Brian, or Jeff (our three partners), or one of the senior engineers backing them up. Not a call center. Not an AI. Trained, certified professionals with security threaded through every service we run. We've worked this way since 2006, and most of our clients have been with us for over a decade.

Why no chatbot?

Because we'd rather you talk to a real engineer. That hasn't changed in twenty years.

While we use AI to help our clients in real ways, every engagement starts and ends with a human perspective. It's a powerful tool, and we use it because it makes the work better. But the intuitive choices that fit your business stay with us. AI is something we wield, not a receptionist we hide behind.
